Having assessed your concerns and identified a treatment plan, I can offer after care with a programme of exercise that will target the muscles treated. These exercises will focus on stretching and strengthening, delivering improved mobility, and most importantly increasing range of movement. The programme will be delivered by email with instructions how they should be performed.
